Report to General Manager of the company and department director , explore and deliver development consultancy solution to the potential VIP（ includes the mayor and the leader of Bureau of Urban Planning of Municipality, Construction Commission of Municipality, Bureau of Land Resources and Housing Management of Municipality and Foreign Strategy Investor, Real Estate Funds, Developer ）
1.Responsible for whole development consultancy solution exploring of annual business target(ABT) ;the solution includes, Renovation of old town, The Renovation of the Urban-village, Urban Land Operation, Housing Policy and CHINA’S 11TH FIVE-YEAR PLAN,etc
2.Ruler the policy and process of the project and conduct performance self-assessment
3.Cooperate with the other department , developing and implementing theory and business case training from inside or outside if necessary
4.To assist General Manager re-construction the process of real eastae solutuion business and find new market (such as Investment Market , Cross Brand Market , , etc )
